and the Customer shall be subject to these Business Policies, Terms
and Conditions. By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees
to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.
Prices
Web site prices are updated daily and are current to the best of our
knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the
computer industry, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or
offers may change before we are able to update and post the information
on this web site. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other
change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue
your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right
to decline the acceptance of any orders.
Warranty
Cymbal Communications makes no warranty of any kind with respect to
the information posted on this web site. While Cymbal Communications
makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this web site
could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition,
photos may not represent actual products.
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. Cymbal Communications
disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liabilities
In no event shall Cymbal Communications be liable for any damages caused
by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not
advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory
of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
Returns
Product returns are subject to manufacturer restrictions and restock
fees. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow
the Cymbal Communications Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#) from Cymbal Communications before attempting to return
any products. See Returns and Exchangs.
Customer
Credit Card Charges
If necessary, Customer authorizes Cymbal Communications to charge their
Credit Card for any Restocking or other charges, in addition to the
cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
Cymbal
does not ship to the following OFAC Countries:
Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote d’lvoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic
Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Lebanon, North Korea, Sudan,
Syria, Somalia, Zimbabwe.
